These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Signature Events & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“you”) in connection with the booking and use of our services. By securing a booking with us, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a seamless event experience.
Services
1.1 Service Overview
Signature Events & Co provides luxury photo booth experiences for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and special occasions. Each booking is designed to enhance your event with a modern, interactive, and elevated guest experience.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
All service details, including package inclusions, customizations, and deliverables, will be confirmed in your booking agreement and invoice. A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
1.3 Setup Requirements
To ensure proper execution of services, we require reasonable access to the venue prior to the scheduled start time for setup. The Client is responsible for providing adequate space for the setup area as well as access to a standard power source within a reasonable distance. Delays caused by venue restrictions, limited access, or unsuitable conditions may result in reduced service time without refund or adjustment.
Booking & Payment
2.1 Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and reserve all necessary resources for your booking.
2.2 Reservation Policy
Your date is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed in writing.
2.3 Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed due date prior to your event unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.4 Non-Payment
Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without further obligation.
2.5 Pricing
All pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Once your deposit is received, your rate is locked in and will not change for that booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable due to date reservation and preparation costs associated with your booking.
3.2 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event date may be subject to additional charges up to the full booking amount, depending on timing and circumstances.
3.3 Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.
3.4 Cancellation by Company
In the rare event that Signature Events & Co. must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, emergencies, or equipment failure, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. This will be the full extent of our responsibility.
Photos, Media & Usage Rights
4.1 Ownership Rights
All photos and media captured during your event remain the property of Signature Events & Co. Clients are granted a personal-use license for all delivered images.
4.2 Marketing Use
We may use event photos and media for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to your event date.
4.3 Client Materials
Any logos, graphics, or materials provided by the Client must be properly owned or licensed. The Client is responsible for ensuring no third-party rights are violated.
Client Responsibilities
5.1 Venue Approval
The Client is responsible for confirming that the venue allows photo booth setup and operation. We are not responsible for venue restrictions or limitations.
5.2 Guest Conduct
The Client is responsible for the behavior of all guests during the event. Signature Events & Co. reserves the right to immediately pause or terminate services if any guest behavior is abusive, threatening, unsafe, or places our staff, equipment, or any individuals at risk. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
5.3 Equipment Care
The Client may be held responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue conditions, or misuse during the event.
Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Events & Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to your booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.
6.3 Technical Issues
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure smooth operation, we are not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly during your event.
Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Signature Events & Co., including its owners, employees, and contractors, from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services, guest actions, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Updates to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
